I am interested in obtaining access to a dissertation published by a UT Southwestern student. How can I access it?

Answer

Electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs) at UT Southwestern are embargoed for two years from the date of degree conferral and will not be accessible to the public until the embargo period expires. Students do have the option of waiving the embargo when they submit their dissertation for approval, and if they opt for this, then the dissertation will become public soon after the degree has been officially conferred.

Note: Some students may also opt to never make their ETD public, in which case it will be made accessible only to UT Southwestern personnel after the 2-year embargo period as expired.
