What is AcESO?

Academic Enhanced Search Option (AcESO) is an EBSCO discovery service (EDS) tool that searches through most of the UT Southwestern (UTSW) Library’s collections of electronic/print journals, electronic/print books, full-text articles, digital images, and UTSW Institutional Repository content, as well as various open access sources.
FUN FACT:
The Library's Digital Services and Technology Planning unit was looking for a clever acronym and came across the name Aceso, the Greek Goddess of Curing and Healing. The results and search pages feature a black and white sculpture image of her.
