How can I access UT Southwestern's MedDRA subscription?

Answer

To access the system, you will need the MedDRA ID and Password that is assigned to UT Southwestern. These credentials can be retrieved by authorized UT Southwestern users through the MedDRA Self-Service Application. You must use your UT Southwestern email address to request the credentials.

Once you have the ID and Password, then you will be able to access the system, and the following table includes some suggestions on how to proceed.
